The engraving set for the Glass engraving are included: 1 Engraving tool with power supply unit, tasting glass, templates, instruction booklet and 6 different insert tools: 1 grindingDiamond pen in spherical form 1.0 and 1.8 mm for scribing, 1 grinding pen made of silicon carbide in cone or bullet form for matting and 1 grinding pen made of precious corundum in spherical or cylindrical form for grinding. Also included is a small parts holder for clean storage of rotating insert tools. All parts can be stowed away in the practical and sturdy tool case with a securely locking snap lock. This Engraving tool is very handy and quiet. It can be guided precisely so that you can engrave even fine details.

Glass engraving Basic Instructions: In
addition to the engraving set you will need 1 piece of cloth to wipe off dust, 1 black cloth, possibly other patterns/ motifs and a nice, clean glass item. Choose a black and white template for the beginning, because you can see the lines best here. Stick the motif behind the glass with adhesive tape. To prevent the pattern from slipping, you can also stick a cloth into the glass to hold the picture in place. Now use the grinding Diamond-pen: transfer the contours of the motif onto the glass and wipe off the glass dust with the cloth in between. The cloth should be dry, otherwise you will not be able to see the scratched lines clearly. Now stick the black cloth (or black photo cardboard) into the glass and grind the details, trace lines, fill in areas, etc. Against the dark background you can see the light lines best.
