Delivery is made to Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria and France, as well as to the following countries: Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.

Delivery is made to Switzerland and Liechtenstein from the vbs-hobby.ch Shop.
 

Shipping costs (including VAT) and delivery times

Germany:
Shipping costs: Fixed amount 4,95 € per order. From an order value of 75,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.
Delivery times: If there is no other delivery time specified in the offer, the delivery will be made within 1 - 3 days.

Belgium, Netherlands, Austria:
Shipping costs: Fixed amount 6,25 € per order. From an order value of 75,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.
Delivery times: If there is no other delivery time specified in the offer, the delivery will be made within 5 - 5 days.

Denmark, France, Luxembourg:
Shipping costs: Fixed amount 6,95 € per order. From an order value of 75,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.
Delivery times: If there is no other delivery time specified in the offer, the delivery will be made within 5 - 7 days.

Switzerland, Liechtenstein:
Shipping costs: Fixed amount 6,95 CHF per order.
Delivery times: If there is no other delivery time specified in the offer, the delivery will be made within 6 - 8 days.

All other supplier countries:
Shipping costs: Fixed amount 14,99 € per order. From an order value of 100 € fixed 8,99 € per order.
Delivery times: If there is no other delivery time specified in the offer, the delivery will be made within 8 - 10 days.

 

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

More details about payment
The invoice amount is to be settled within 14 days in case of payment on invoice. In the case of payment by SEPA core direct debit or SEPA company direct debit, you authorize us by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from the specified account. Please note that you are obligated to ensure sufficient coverage of the account on the announced date. If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged when the goods are shipped.
