Craft with tissue paper
The paper flowers pompons in our decoration example have a size of about 25 cm to 40 cm.
Cut from the tissue paper per flower: 12 sheets of 20 x 25 cm or for the larger flowers 18 sheets of 30 x 40 cm.
Place the sheets on top of each other and as a rectangle in landscape format in front of you. Cut the edges to contours: with zigzag, in the shape of an arc or according to your personal taste to other edges.
Now fold the stack of leaves in accordion shape until you have only a narrow strip of paper in front of you. Tie it tightly in the middle with a piece of warp yarn, feel free to leave the thread a little longer, it will help you later when tying the bouquet.
Carefully pull the layers of paper apart, layer by layer, to create a fluffy flower. Finally, glue a ranunculus flower head in the center - the first silk flower is ready.
