And this is how easy it is to return goods at VBS:- Log in with your customer number and order number
- Select all items that you would like to return to us.
- Check your information for correctness.
- Print out the return bill and the return label.
- Put the original packed items together with the return label into the package.
- Please affix the return label to the package and return it to us with full postage.
