The ideal Stencil for making circles of different sizes with the Quilling Paper. The Paper is turned up and placed in the desired circle. Afterwards it can now pop up in your desired size. The Stencil has circle sizes from 5 mm to 40 mm. You glue the end with simple Handicraft glue and your circle is ready.
