Javana Colour fixer for dyed fabrics increases the colour and wash fastness of these textiles. Even after repeated washing the colours glow. It is used for single dyed fabrics or textiles designed with the batik technique.
The screw-on jar Javana Colour fixer with 20 ml content is sufficient for approx. 1.4 kg dry weight.

The fabric dyed according to instructions is washed out with cold water to remove the excess colour. Then warm water is poured into a bucket, which Colour fixer is added and stirred well. The wet fabric is placed in the bucket and left in the fixing liquid for at least 15 minutes to take effect. It is advisable to stir frequently so that it can be better distributed in Colour fixer the bucket. Finally, rinse the dyed textile well.
Tips to use:
Applicable to: cotton, linen, blended fabrics up to max. 20 % synthetic fibre, synthetic textiles, textiles / fabrics, viscose, wool.
Preparations: Wash the dyed or batiked fabric with cold water to remove excess dye. Pour warm water into a clean plastic bucket so that the fabric is covered.
Processing of material: Add 20 ml colour fixer per 1.4 kg dry weight of fabric to the filled bucket and stir well. Now place the damp fabric in the bucket and leave to soak for at least 15 minutes. Stir frequently to ensure absorption of the fixative.
Work to finish: After the required reaction time, rinse the fabric well.
This is to be noted: Washable up to a maximum of 40 °C.
