An extraordinary decoration - not for only music lovers - are these small "birdhouses". They consist of glued cardboard boxes and a roof made of Felt.
Here'show it works
Prime the cardboard boxes with a dry Paint sponge white primer. After drying, cut out round openings with a scalpel and stick the tape-Ribbon tightly around the boxes. Stick matching strips of Vellum paper around the boxes and cut back inside the openings. Transfer the templates for the roofs to Felt using a line-ex pen and cut them out. Glue the roofs together with hot glue and fix the willow bundles with wire. Fix the finished roofs to the boxes with hot glue. Glue the bark discs with effect glue around the base plate of the tea light holder. Important: Do not apply Effect Glue only thinly with a brush, but a thick layer with a wooden stick or similar Wrap Jute yarn twice around the holders on the tealight stand and fix the ends with hot glue. Decorate the base plate with Willow, physalis and bark discs Glue the finished houses on the Tealight holders and decorate them with the birds.
