Preparation
Thoroughly wipe the porcelain with glass cleaner, do not touch the surfaces afterwards. Even the greasy film of normal fingerprints can prevent paint or Napkin varnish from bonding correctly with the porcelain.
Napkin technique
Cut out the motifs exactly from Napkin and glue them onto the porcelain with Napkin varnish . Apply the paint carefully from the inside outwards and brush as little as possible over the motif, as the Napkin varnish leaves unsightly streaks on the porcelain after drying.
Tip: You can wipe off too much paint with a cotton swab. But you should make sure that the contours are well fixed, otherwise the napkin motifs can come off again after baking.
Labelling porcelain
Draw the lettering with a line-ex pencil, then draw it with the Porcelain Painter.
After drying, place the porcelain in the cold oven and heat it up to 160°C. Once the temperature is reached, bake everything for 30 minutes and let it cool down in the slightly open oven.
