Difficulty: Beginner
Working time: 30 Minutes
Step 1: Wrap the Gifts
Carefully wrap your gift in wrapping paper. For a natural look, kraft paper is especially suitable, which can be printed but should not dominate the decor. Once your gift is securely wrapped, you can tie it with jute twine or a decorative cord. Use your creativity with the wrapping techniques and leave room for accessories.
Step 2: Decorate with Natural Materials
Decorate your gift with pine cones, dried fruit, cinnamon, or berries. Mix the materials to your liking and try different styles. Attach the elements with a hot glue gun to ensure everything stays secure while looking good. Be experimental and use materials in different sizes and shapes to create a dynamic design.
Step 3: Cut Out Name Tags
To avoid confusion between gifts, name tags are a must. Draw various shapes like stars or hearts on the back of the bark and cut them out with sturdy scissors. Avoid thicker spots on the bark to spare your scissors. Then, punch a hole with a hole punch and attach it to the gift with a piece of cord or jute twine.
