The description was not easy, but with the help of the pictures I was able to tinker with it. The yarn was unfortunately not long enough. Assuming that it is long enough, as with other craft packages, I cut it about 2 cm longer and then there was one rope too little. In the end, a lot of yarn remained there, which then simply fell as waste when cutting. So rather not the whole length increase, but rather something less, or then do exactly as in the instructions.
