To make the colourful Terracotta-pots you need weatherproof Handicraft paint like the VBS Outdoor Color, Foam sheets, Wobbly eyes, and Polystyrene balls. Brush, scissors, a permanent Marker, a hot glue gun as well as the printed motif template from the appendix should be kept ready.
How do I make the colourful Terracotta pots?
First, the Terracotta-pots and Polystyrene balls are painted in the desired colour. Let the paint dry well. Then transfer the motif templates frog, leaf and bee wings to Foam sheets and cut them out. In the next step, the Polystyrene balls and Foam sheets-parts are attached to the Terracotta-pots using the hot glue gun
Finally, Wobbly eyes and Chenille wire are glued in the same way, and then covered with a permanent Marker painted on their faces.
