Wind the pompoms in different colours with the pompom maker and style them at the end with scissors. You will find the exact instructions for creating the pompoms on the product packaging of the pompom maker.
Transfer the templates to the foam rubber sheets and cut them out. Place the pompoms in the respective holes. Finally, glue on the wiggle eyes.
