Marabu Krakelee-Medium is a transparent medium, especially for the tear lacquer technique.
The medium is used between two layers of paint. As soon as the top layer of paint dries through, fine cracks appear, so that the lower colour shines through.
The Krakelier technique is mainly used in Napkin technique very popular. Together with the creative design with Napkins results in great effects.
Marabu crackle medium is suitable for Wood, Metal, glass, Terracotta, canvas, ceramics, porcelain and Modelling clay.

Apply with: Brush.
Preparations: especially for the napkin technique and decoupage.
Processing of material: Prime the surface with decormatt or varnish and blow dry. Then brush the medium evenly over it and blow-dry again. Brush decormatt or decor varnish quickly over the surface and leave to dry for at least 1 hour. The tearing effect occurs immediately. After everything has dried thoroughly, continue with napkin technique
