The initially milky paint dries to atransparent, crystal-clear, and glossy finish. The carefully selected colors can be combined beautifully and diluted as desired with the KREUL Glass & Porcelain Paint Thinner. This allows you to create completely individual watercolor effects and unique pieces.

Thiscreates beautiful and long-lasting effectson heat-resistant items made of porcelain, glass, ceramics, terracotta, or metal . The glass and porcelain paint is applied with a hair brush of any thickness and then left to dry flat for about four hours. For permanent results , the paint must be fired at approximately 160 °C for about 90 minutes . It is important to place the item in a cold oven! The firing time does not begin until the oven reaches the required temperature. To complete the firing process correctly, the item must cool down inside the oven so that the design becomes waterproof, dishwasher-safe, and saliva-resistant.

Important! Surfaces that come into contact with food should not be painted, as the paint is not food-safe. Therefore, areas used for eating, drinking rims, or the interior surfaces of glasses and cups, as well as the cut edges of plates, should be left unpainted.

As long as the design hasn’t been fired, it can simply be washed off with water. This allows you to create temporary designs on acrylic glass, mirrors, and many plastics that look just like real colored glass.
