Use of Facebook Pixel
Our website uses the remarketing function "Custom Audiences" by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Irland "Facebook").
Meta Platforms Ireland and we are jointly responsible for the collection of your data and the transfer of this data to Facebook when the service is integrated. The basis for this is an agreement between us and Meta Platforms Ireland on the joint processing of personal data, in which the respective responsibilities are defined. The agreement is available at https://www.facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum. According to this agreement, we are responsible in particular for the fulfilment of the information obligations in accordance with Art. 13, 14 GDPR, for compliance with the security requirements of Art. 32 GDPR with regard to the correct technical implementation and configuration of the service, and for compliance with the obligations in accordance with Art. 33, 34 GDPR, insofar as a violation of the protection of personal data affects our obligations under the agreement on joint processing. Meta Platforms Ireland is responsible for enabling the rights of the data subject in accordance with articles 15-20 of the GDPR, for complying with the security requirements of article 32 of the GDPR with regard to the security of the service, and for complying with the obligations of articles 33, 34 of the GDPR, insofar as a breach of personal data protection concerns Meta Platforms Ireland's obligations under the joint processing agreement.
This application serves to address the visitor to the website with interest-related advertising on the social network Facebook.
We have implemented Facebook's remarketing tag on our website for this purpose. This tag sets up a direct connection to Facebook's servers when you visit our website. This informs the Facebook server which of our web pages you have visited. Facebook assigns this information to your personal Facebook user account. When you visit the social network Facebook you will then be shown personalised, interest-related Facebook ads.

You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out with your consent up to the withdrawal. You can find more detailed information on Facebook's collection and use of data and your associated rights and options for protecting your privacy in Facebook's privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.

Use of Google Ads conversion tracking
Our website uses the online marketing program "Google Ads", including conversion tracking (evaluation of user actions). Google conversion tracking is a service operated by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; "Google").
If you click on adverts placed by Google, a cookie is placed on your computer for conversion tracking. These cookies have limited validity, do not contain any personal data and thus cannot be used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages on our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognise that you have clicked on the advert and were forwarded to this page. Every Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. It is therefore not possible to track cookies relating to the websites of Ads customers.
The information collected using the conversion cookie serves the purpose of producing conversion statistics. This allows us to find out the total number of users who have clicked on our adverts and were forwarded to a page equipped with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information with which could be used to personally identify users.
Your data may be transmitted to Google LLC servers in the USA. For the USA, there is an adequacy decision of the EU Commission, the Trans-Atlantic Data Privacy Framework (TADPF). Google has certified itself in accordance with the TADPF and has thus undertaken to comply with European data protection principles.

If you then visit another website in the Google display network you will then be shown adverts which are more likely to take previous areas of product and information interest into account.

Our website uses Microsoft Advertising from Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA; "Microsoft").
The processing of data serves the purposes of marketing and advertising and the purpose of measuring the success of the advertising measures (conversion tracking). This allows us to find out the total number of users who have clicked on our adverts and were forwarded to a page equipped with a conversion tracking tag. It is, however, not possible to identify this user personally through this process. Microsoft Advertising uses technology such as cookies and tracking pixels which make it possible to analyse your use of the website. If you click on adverts placed by Microsoft Advertising, a cookie is placed on your computer for conversion tracking. This cookie has limited validity and cannot be used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages on our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Microsoft can recognise that you have clicked on the advert and were forwarded to this page. In this process the following information, inter alia, can be collected: IP address, identifiers (indicators) assigned by Microsoft, information on the browser and device you are using, Referrer URL (website via which you accessed our website), URL of our website.

Use of the Awin Partner Programme
We use the partner programme "Awin" of AWIN AG (Eichhornstraße 3, 10785 Berlin; "Awin").
If you click on an advertisement provided with a partner link, Awin will place a cookie for conversion tracking on your computer. These cookies ensure the correct billing for the partner programme by recording the success of an advertisement. Cookies identify the fact that you have clicked on an advertisement and can track the origin of the order with the advertiser. In addition, Awin uses so-called fingerprinting. This enables the device you are using to be recognised.
Among other things, Awin can recognise that the partner link on this website has been clicked on or viewed. Awin records, among other things, your transaction data (such as order value, product type, sales channel, use of a voucher) and your user name in the form of an individual sequence of numbers, so that no identity is ascertainable, but it does, however, contain information on the specific user actions and the end device used by the user.
Your data may be transferred to third countries such as the USA. For the USA, no adequacy decision from the EU Commission is available. The data transfer will be based, among other things, on standard contractual clauses as appropriate guarantees for the protection of personal data, available at:
https://commission.europa.eu/law/law-topic/data-protection/international-dimension-data-protection/standard-contractual-clauses-scc_en.
The use of cookies or comparable technologies is carried out with your consent on the basis of Art. 25 para. 1 p. 1 TTDSG in conjunction with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out with your consent up to the withdrawal.

It is only after you actively login that a direct connection to the social network is set up. By logging in, you give your permission for the transfer of your data to the respective social media provider. At this time, information such as your IP address and which websites you have visited is transmitted. Should you be connected simultaneously with one or more of your social network accounts, the information collected is also assigned to your corresponding profiles. Therefore, you can only prevent this assignment by logging yourself out before visiting our website and before activating the button for your social media accounts. The social networks listed below are integrated with the "Shariff" function. You can find more detailed information on the scope and purpose of collection and use of the data, your associated rights and options for protecting your privacy in the provider's privacy policy via the link. Integration of the Trusted Shops trust badge
Provided you have given your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO, Trusted Shops widgets are integrated on this website to display Trusted Shops services (e.g. seal of approval, collected ratings) and to offer Trusted Shops products to buyers after an order.

The Trustbadge and the services advertised with it are an offer of Trusted Shops AG, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne ("Trusted Shops"), with whom we are jointly responsible for data protection according to Art. 26 DSGVO. Within the scope of this data protection notice, we inform you in the following about the essential contractual contents in accordance with Art. 26 (2) DSGVO.

Within the framework of the joint responsibility existing between us and Trusted Shops, please contact Trusted Shops preferably in the event of data protection questions and to assert your rights using the contact options specified in the data protection information (https://www.trustedshops.de/impressum/#datenschutz). Irrespective of this, however, you can always contact the data controller of your choice. Your enquiry will then, if necessary, be passed on to the other data controller for a response.

1. data processing when integrating the trustbadge / other widgets
The trust badge is provided by a US-American CDN provider (content delivery network).
An appropriate level of data protection is ensured in each case by an adequacy decision of the EU Commission, which can be accessed for the USA here (https://commission.europa.eu/system/files/2023-07/Adequacy%20decision%20EU-US%20Data%20Privacy%20Framework_en.pdf). Service providers from the USA are generally certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF). Further information is available here. Where service providers are not certified under the DPF, standard contractual clauses have been concluded as a suitable guarantee.
When the Trustbadge is called up, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which also contains your IP address, the date and time of the call-up, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the call-up. The IP address is anonymised immediately after collection so that the stored data cannot be assigned to you personally. The anonymised data is used in particular for statistical purposes and for error analysis.

2. data processing after order completion
If you have given your consent, the Trustbadge accesses order information stored in your terminal equipment (order total, order number, product purchased, if applicable) and e-mail address after the order has been completed, and your e-mail address is hashed using a cryptological one-way function. The hash value is then transmitted to Trusted Shops with the order information in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO. This serves to check whether you are already registered for Trusted Shops services. If this is the case, further processing will take place in accordance with the contractual agreement between you and Trusted Shops (https://www.trustedshops.com/tsdocument/BUYER_AUTO_PROTECTION_TERMS_de.pdf#:~:text=K%C3%A4uferschutz%3A%20%E2%80%A2%20Nach%20erfolgter%20Registrierung%20f%C3%BCr%20die%20Basic,%28Hauptzielmarkt%29%20richten%20und%20das%20Trusted%20Shops%20dieG%C3%BCtesiegel%20tragen). If you are not yet registered for the services or do not give your consent to automatic recognition via the trustbadge, you will subsequently be given the opportunity to register manually for the use of the services or to complete the protection within the scope of your possibly already existing user contract.

For this purpose, the Trustbadge accesses the following information stored in the terminal device you use after you have completed your order: Order total, order number and e-mail address. This is necessary so that we can offer you buyer protection. The data is only transmitted to Trusted Shops if you actively decide to take out buyer protection by clicking on the correspondingly designated button in the so-called trust card. If you decide to use the services, further processing is based on the contractual agreement with Trusted Shops in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, in order to be able to complete your registration for buyer protection and secure the order, as well as to be able to subsequently send you rating invitations by e-mail if necessary.

Trusted Shops uses service providers in the areas of hosting, monitoring and logging. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO for the purpose of ensuring trouble-free operation. Processing may take place in third countries (USA and Israel).
An adequate level of data protection is ensured in each case by an adequacy decision of the EU Commission, which can be accessed for the USA here (https://commission.europa.eu/system/files/2023-07/Adequacy%20decision%20EU-US%20Data%20Privacy%20Framework_en.pdf) and for Israel here (https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/DE/TXT/HTML/?uri=CELEX:32011D0061). Service providers from the USA are generally certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Further information is available here (https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/s/). Where service providers used are not certified under the DPF, standard contractual clauses have been concluded as a suitable guarantee.
