Step 1: Prepare strips of faux fur ribbon
Prepare the Ø 35 cm straw wreath by cutting 25 cm long strips of from faux fur ribbon with fabric scissors. For the smaller Ø 30 cm straw wreath, use 21 cm long strips.
Step 2: Wrap the faux fur ribbon around the wreath
Carefully wrap the cut strips around the straw wreath. Attach them to the underside of the wreath with straw flower pins so that the needles are not visible. To achieve a perfect result, always allow the faux fur ribbon to overlap slightly. This way, the straw underneath is completely concealed and the wreath looks particularly elegant and full.
Step 3: Attach kandelaar and candles
Place the kandelaar evenly on the wreath and pin them in place. Then place the candles on these holders. Make sure that the candles are secure.
Step 4: Add christmas balls and garland branches
Use a side cutter to cut the wire from the christmas balls . You can now use hot glue to decoratively attach the baubles to the wreath. To create even more winter flair, you can cut branches from a winter garland and a bunch of eucalyptus and also cleverly stick them under the candle plates with hot glue. These accents give your wreath a natural touch and round off the overall look harmoniously.
