It is important that the areas that are to remain free are well masked. A good way to leave larger areas free is to put a plastic bag over the top of the bottle and stick it on. In this way, the neck of the bottle, on which the bag is placed, is free of paint. You can apply this trick to any area. If you want to spray the upper part of bottles and jars, it is also advisable to glue a bag into the glass container so that the bottle remains free of paint from the inside.
