The lower edges (front and rear) are very sensitive to loads when sliding in and out on the shelf (risk of breakage). Possible remedy: lower board not as slide-in, but in full-surface interlocking. Before packing, perhaps also more carefully wipe off the dust from sanding (makes a better impression when unpacking and loading).
