The SOLO GOYA Masking Marker is a water-based pencil that is used as a rub-off crepe. It can be used to prevent it Watercolour from running into a text. It can also be used to protect areas that do not become coloured or that are to be given a different colour afterwards
Simply write a text with the pen or paint over the area to be protected, let it dry for a short time and then apply Watercolour paint over. Let everything dry and rub the raised areas with your finger. This creates a white text, or a white area in the middle of Watercolour. The pen can be used for accurate and sharp-edged lines, but also for larger areas, depending on the thickness. As it dries very quickly, you can simply rub it off afterwards without leaving any residue.
