With these silicone praline moulds "Rose" you can make your own pralines with a little patience and a lot of love. Each mould can produce 15 roses with a Ø of approx. 2.7 cm. The two high-quality moulds are altogether approx. 11.5 cm wide and approx. 21 cm long. The height is approx. 2 cm and the filling capacity is approx. 250 ml.
The filigree roses can be filled with plain, milk or white chocolate according to your own taste. Fillings and toppings such as pistachios, almonds, marzipan, walnuts and brittle add the perfect finishing touch to these sweet treats. A recipe for rose chocolates with salted macadamia nuts is also included. The chocolates are nicely packaged to give away on mother's day, Valentine's day, birthdays, weddings or just in between.
The silicone is food safe and suitable for baking and freezing. The moulds are resistant to temperatures between approx. - 60 to + 240 °C and are dishwasher safe. However, cleaning by hand is recommended.
