What am I supposed to rate when no Delivery was made at all. It is offered Paypal payment, but then this from store is rejected. Unfriendly on the phone. (Rated in another country)

Unfortunately, the box is made of rather soft cardboard (like cheese box), which makes it very difficult to open and close - to activate the light. Even after painting with glitter paint, the cardboard became "wavy" (Rated in another country)
