Nachdem alle Teile am korrektem Platz arrangiert sind, einfach die Übertragungsfolie darüber ziehen und leicht andrücken. Wer mag, kann das Motiv auch gleich auf der Übertragungsfolie platzieren, wobei hier aber kein einfaches Verschieben mehr möglich ist.

Sobald sich das Motiv auf der Übertragungsfolie befindet, kann die Trägerfolie abgezogen und das Motiv auf die gewünschte Fläche übertragen werden. Am besten geht dies mit einem Scraper, indem man mehrfach und mit etwas Druck über die einzelnen Motive streicht und so die selbstklebende Folie auf dem Untergrund befestigt. Nun lässt sich die Übertragungsfolie wieder von der farbigen Folie ablösen und die Dekoration bleibt an Ort und Stelle.
