These glasses look beautifully summery and are easy to copy! With warmer temperatures, it's nice to sit outside and later in the day, when it's dark, it's even nicer when candles give off a pleasant mood light. These homemade candles in fruit look are a beautiful eye-catcher on your garden table, as well as a great souvenir for the next barbecue.

Place the wick in the middle of the jar. To prevent it from slipping when you pour in the wax, clamp it between a clothes peg and place it on the jar.
Melon:
For the melon look, first melt 2 tablespoons of wax pastilles with 5 green colour pastilles (melting pot or ladle). Pour the melted wax into the glass and let it cool.
Tip: To speed up this process, the jar can be placed in the refrigerator.
Then clean the pot or ladle to remove wax residue.
For the white layer, melt 1 tablespoon of wax pastilles and add this to the jar.
For the last layer, colour approx. 7 tablespoons of wax pastilles with 20 red colour pastilles and fill the jar with this.
Melon:
For the melon look, first melt 2 tablespoons of wax pastilles with 5 green colour pastilles (melting pot or ladle). Pour the melted wax into the glass and let it cool.

Pineapple:
For the pineapple look, melt 10 tablespoons of wax pastilles with approx. 30 yellow colour pastilles.
The number of colour pastilles can be increased or decreased as desired for the colour intensity.
Pour the liquid wax into the jar and allow to cool.
For the pineapple leaves, transfer the template onto florist's crepe. Stick them around the knob of the jar lid.
For the pineapple look, melt 10 tablespoons of wax pastilles with approx. 30 yellow colour pastilles.
The number of colour pastilles can be increased or decreased as desired for the colour intensity.
Pour the liquid wax into the jar and allow to cool.
For the pineapple leaves, transfer the template onto florist's crepe. Stick them around the knob of the jar lid.
When both candles are completely solid, draw the fruit look on the glass with a Posca marker.
If you like, you can glue paper with lettering and stamped fruit around the glasses.
Your great summer decoration is ready!
