Once you get used to this needles , sock knitting is much more fun. combined with two stitch markers, as a guide, knitting the rounds goes much faster. Also the ugly groove track from needle change is a thing of the past. Have even knit the heel directly on the needle. At the tip could initially still work over the circular needle, then needles were added from a game as soon as the number of stitches too small and thus they became too tight rounds. Admittedly with the first socks, the first 2-3 rounds were a bit tiring, but from then on it ran quite loose. Guide the needle only with your thumbs and index fingers. To support the knitting, place it only loosely on middle finger and ring finger. The little finger is unemployed ;-). Can so knit for hours without me tense.
